Watch "Mr. Darcy & Mr. Bennet Meet For A Whiskey"
Show Notes
The play was written by Bob as a sequel to "Pride & Prejudice". It's 23 years later, and Mr. Darcy has children, grandchildren, and a challenge that he feels only his father-in-law, Mr. Bennet, can help with. They meet at the historical Athenaeum Club in 1830s London. Napoleon has been defeated, Darwin is busy working on his magnum opus, and the patriarchy is well and truly established. Will Elizabeth Bennet challenge that?
Bob Bailey has acted in community theatre for almost 20 years in London ON, Sydney, NS, and Northumberland.
