Miracle on 34th Street: a Radio Play

Adapted by Mountain Community Theater from the novel by Valentine Davies. Based upon the Twentieth Century Fox motion picture Miracle on 34th Street.

Produced by TBA | Directed by Heather Jopling

An old man going by the name of Kris Kringle fills in for an intoxicated Santa in Macy's annual Thanksgiving Day parade. Kringle proves such a hit that he is soon appearing regularly at Macy’s main store in midtown Manhattan. When Kringle surprises customers and employees alike by claiming that he really is Santa Claus, it leads to a court case to determine his mental health and, more importantly, his authenticity.

The entire family will enjoy the play performed as a live radio play in full period costumes.
