Big energy, and bold storytelling, this class brings musical theatre choreography to life, blending performance, technique, character, and classic Broadway flair. Perfect for true beginners and returners alike. Modifications & progressions available.

Each week class will be 90 mins giving dancers enough time to warm up, work on technique in the centre and across the floor, and learn choreography in the various styles of the Players upcoming musical. This is a great way to get your mind and your body prepared for auditions!

Instructor: Holly LaFlamme Warner

Holly LaFlamme is a professionally trained dancer, singer, and actor from Toronto, ON now residing in Northumberland County. 

Holly holds a post-secondary diploma in Musical Theatre Perfofmance from Randolph College for the Performing Arts and has 12+ years of experience as an award-winning competitive dancer. She has extensive dance training in jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary/lyrical, and musical theatre. She has competed all over Canada and the USA and holds numerous National titles. 

She is currently a member of the teaching team at Just Dance Northumberland and is the founder and head instructor at Comeback Dance Collective, an adult dance studio operating in Cobourg, Ontario.

Select musical theatre performance credits include Jesus Christ Superstar, Urinetown, Cabaret (TYT), Smile (RCPA), Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Hart House Theatre), A Chorus Line (CCP), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Lower Ossington Theatre), Beauty and the Beast, Something Rotten, Mamma Mia (Northumberland Players). Holly has also danced on Citytv’s Breakfast Television and as part of the corporate entertainment team at TDC Entertainment.
