How do I get my gift certificate?

The gift card recipient will receive an email with a code that can be used on our website to purchase tickets.

Can I buy a gift certificate for any show?

Because tickets are sold through our box office partners, gift certificates are venue-specific. This gift certificate is for tickets that can be purchased on the Northumberland Players website, e.g., Firehall Theatre shows. This gift certificate cannot be used for shows at the Best Western Plus Cobourg Inn & Convention Centre (dinner theatre) or the Capitol Theatre.

Dinner theatre gift certificates can be purchased through the Best Western Plus Cobourg Inn & Convention Centre at (905) 372-2105. Capitol Theatre gift certificates can be purchased through the Capitol Theatre.

Do my gift certificates expire?

No, gift certificates for use on the Northumberland Players website do not expire.

Does a gift certificate guarantee a ticket?

No, we do not hold seats specifically for gift certificate users. The gift certificate recipient is responsible for booking tickets.
