Northumberland Players, in concern for the safety and health of its volunteers and participants, has suspended all of its activities from 16 March to 30 April 2020.
This suspension relates to Northumberland Players facilities including the Firehall Theatre, the Northumberland Players Costume House, the Moffatt Brothers (Third Space ) Workshop and the New Lodge Farm Barn.
Only cleaning, repairs, and safety and maintenance checks limited to two people at a time will be carried out in these facilities.
Suspended activities include workshops, rehearsals, set builds, costume activities, meetings, office hours and rentals.
For the duration of this suspension, we recommend any Northumberland Players meetings be carried out via teleconference or virtually.
“Honky Tonk Angels” has been rescheduled to October 23 – November 8. More details are available about the ticket transfer and change process.
Further information about the other remaining shows in the 2019-2020 season – “All My Sons” and “You Will Remember Me” – will be available in a few days.
This suspension will be reviewed on April 30.
